How to Add an Account User in Kajabi ? (Kajabi Expert/VA)
May 02, 2024Add Account Users (also known as Admin Users) to your Kajabi account to give your team various levels of administrative access to your site(s).

To add a new Account User:
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Scroll down a little bit to find the "Account Settings" (Earlier it was only "Account" that's why below image has "Account" not "Account Settings")
Step 3: Then Click on the "Account Users" option
Step 4: Click on the button “New User” at the top right corner
Step 5: Enter the User Details, select a Role, and assign the User to at least one Site:
Step 6: Once the Account Users' information has been added, you will see this pop-up letting you know that the Account User has successfully been created:
Step 7: Now you will need to share with your new Account User the Password used to create their account so that they may sign-in and verify their email address.
Important Tip: Incase you are adding a developer or VA to your Kajabi account and you see an error that this email has alreday been taken then it means that he/she is already registered to any other Kajabi account earlier.
For Example: I have more than 15 clients and I can’t create an email id for each client so how we work is
[email protected] is my official gmail id for new clients I simply add a number like

.
and so on
The email notification from Kajabi will be received in the main email id which is [email protected]
